George H. Rau III is a litigator with extensive experience in commercial litigation and complex tort cases. A native of Brazoria County, Texas, George graduated from Notre Dame in 1995. He worked as a congressional staffer and newspaper reporter in Washington, D.C. for four years before returning to Notre Dame for law school.
Scott D. Smith was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Mr. Smith is an experienced trial lawyer who has taken favorable verdicts for clients on both sides of the docket. He has experience in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts, including resolving a broad variety of business and commercial disputes as well as FINRA arbitration proceedings and securities litigation.
